The Company is lead by Ilyas Chaudhary who has 35 years experience in various capacities in the oil and gas industry, including eight years of employment with Schlumberger from 1972 to 1979. Since 1980 Mr. Chaudhary has served various public and private companies as its CEO. Being well versed in mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Chaudhary has successfully launched various public and private companies in the last 30 years, including Saba Petroleum Company, a publically traded company on the American Stock Exchange, which had various oil and gas interests in the United States, Canada, Columbia, China, Pakistan, UK and Indonesia.

In Columbia, Mr. Chaudhary acquired production from Occidental, Amoco, Arco, and Texaco and boosted gas and oil production in an adverse political climate where pipelines were sabotaged frequently. In China and Indonesia, he acquired large exploration blocks and divested the properties for further development. During his tenure, he also acquired an asphalt refinery to process heavy oil in central California and Operated offshore fields as deep as 1760 feet of water where the likes of Chevron, Apache and Shell where the non operator. Mr. Chaudhary has chaired the boards of directors and served in executive management positions in several companies. He has received an Engineering degree from the University of Alberta, Canada.
